  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, product images are for representation purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in color or texture due to screen settings or photography lighting.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment: Payments must be completed in full before order processing, except for orders utilizing our Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Availability: COD is available for select pin codes and orders as determined by our logistics partners.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any COD service charges applied at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Status: COD orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusals of COD orders upon delivery may lead to account restriction or permanent blacklisting from the GharMe platform.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Timelines: Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on geographic location, courier delays, or unforeseen external circumstances.
  • Liability: GharMe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or factors beyond our immediate control.
  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon successful delivery by the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All interactions regarding returns or refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must review and agree to these specific criteria before finalizing a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our mandatory quality and condition requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
