The final and most accurate shipping cost applicable to your order will always be clearly displayed at the Checkout page before you complete your payment.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines To maintain our "GharMe Quality Standard," every item in your order undergoes a final manual quality inspection before it is packed. Once our team verifies the product's integrity, orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 business hours.

Estimated Delivery Transit Times While we prioritize rapid dispatch, the actual transit time is governed by our third-party courier partners and your specific geographic location.

  • Metropolitan Areas: Generally 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
  • Rest of India: Generally 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by courier companies. GharMe is not responsible for delays caused by weather, festive seasons, or courier-specific operational issues.

Order Tracking Information Transparency is key to our service. As soon as your package is picked up by our logistics partner, a unique tracking ID and a link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to sync with the courier’s system.

Delivery Accuracy & Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address and a reachable mobile number. GharMe cannot be held liable for non-delivery or shipping delays resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Refusal to accept the package.
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

In cases where an order is returned to our facility due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may be applicable to send the package again.
