2. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the shipping charges? At GharMe, we utilize a dynamic shipping model to provide the most efficient logistics for our customers. Shipping rates are determined by various factors, including the total order value, weight of the package, and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost and any applicable COD charges will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page before you finalize your payment.
  • How long does delivery usually take? We prioritize speed and precision. Every item undergoes a final manual quality check before it is packed. Most orders are hand-checked and dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • How can I track my order? Transparency is a core value at GharMe. Once your package is picked up by our logistics partner, a unique tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to sync with the courier's system.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • What is your return & refund policy? To maintain our high quality and hygiene standards, returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product? While we hand-check every order, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require the Order ID and the unboxing video as proof to initiate a claim.

  • Are shipping charges refundable? No. Please note that shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are paid to our courier partners and are strictly non-refundable.
  • When will I receive my refund? Once a return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
