Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes only

  • COD charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restriction


Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment


Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address

  • GharMe is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-shipping charges may apply


Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product

  • Incorrect size or personal preference


Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted


Mandatory Proof

  • A clear unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory

  • Claims without proper proof will be rejected


Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable


Replacement

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
